Bringing our distinct experiences and strengths together, we’ve built a business—and a life—centered on making a meaningful impact in people’s lives.
Priscilla: Stability and hard work shaped my upbringing. I was fortunate to grow up in a close, supportive family, where my parents raised me to be independent, responsible, and, as the oldest, a leader. They didn’t hand us anything—we got what we needed and worked hard for the rest.
At 16, I got my first job and quickly moved up in every role. Loyalty mattered to me—I didn’t jump from job to job, but every move was for growth. I spent 15 years at Albertsons, constantly taking on new roles because I liked a challenge. Retail taught me how to run a business—managing operations, handling finances, and solving problems daily.
Real estate was always an interest, but making the jump was a big decision. When my company started going through major changes, Craig encouraged me to finally try real estate. Not long after, he joined me. In those early days, we ran a transaction coordinating business, which showed us how many agents lacked the knowledge their clients needed. That experience reinforced our commitment to truly guiding people—serving as trusted advisors, strong advocates, and a reliable source of support.
What I love most about real estate is the people. Every client has a deeper why behind their move and uncovering that while helping them reach their goals is what drives me. A career should be more than a paycheck, and through real estate, we’ve found a way to serve others in meaningful, fulfilling ways.
Giving back has always been important to me, whether through volunteering at my church, staying involved with Canyon High School, or supporting networking groups. I’m also part of a women’s Bible study group with fellow moms and business owners growing in our faith and supporting each other. It’s a reminder that no matter how busy life gets, community and connection matter.
Craig: Growing up, my grandfather prioritized working hard, teaching me to be a provider. But he didn’t see the value in sports and school. But when a local dad invited me to play baseball with his son, it changed my life. I would sneak out to go to practice, games, and tournaments. It was a huge impact to have someone see something in me that I didn’t see in myself. Baseball gave me structure, confidence, and a sense of purpose.
From there, I left Portland and played baseball while studying criminal justice at Boise State University, with the goal of helping kids who were going down the wrong path through probation and parole. Unfortunately, the roles I wanted were hard to come by. So, I took a position at Pepsi in Las Vegas.
That’s where I met Priscilla. She was the complete opposite of me. She had already bought her first home at 22 and had been moving up the ranks in her career with a clear path forward. The night we met, I told my friend, “I’m going to marry her.” After only seeing each other in person three times over a few months, I proposed. Not long after, I moved to California, and we started our life together.
Working for Coca-Cola, and in transportation and recruiting, I managed client relationships, problem-solved, and negotiated. Over time, I realized the common thread in all my jobs: helping people. My professional background translated perfectly into real estate, so I joined Priscilla. I excel at navigating complex processes, fighting for the best terms for our clients, and ensuring they have a great experience.
Over the past 20 years, we have built a business based on trust and putting our clients first. I also coach baseball, trying to help young athletes develop the confidence and discipline that changed my life. It all comes back to helping people and trying to make a lasting impact.
Communication and trust are at the core of how we work. We believe in being direct, setting clear expectations, and always acting in our clients’ best interests. Every transaction comes with its own complexities, and we thrive on finding solutions, negotiating the best possible outcomes, and ensuring nothing is overlooked. Our combined 40 years of experience is a huge asset for our clients because if we don’t know the answer to something, we have countless connections and resources to find the answer. Our focus is on creating a seamless experience by anticipating challenges, developing effective strategies, and making sure every decision is informed and intentional.
When you work with us, you get us—not an assistant or a handoff. We personally guide you through every step, making sure you have everything needed for a successful outcome. Our priority is protecting you, your investment, and your bottom line, so you can buy or sell with confidence. Beyond the transaction, we are here to serve as a long-term resource. Whether it’s advice on market trends, investment opportunities, or preparing for future real estate moves, we’re here to guide you well beyond closing!
Sincerely,
