She was also great at rallying all of the other services like the title company ( who lagged on getting us a closing statement), and the lender ( she got him to communicate a little better as well as step up his work.). She also connected with my real estate agent in Oakland who was selling my house, making sure that was going smoothly. She also recommended a lot of great local services including roof repair and hauling. Overall excellent agent. Friendly too. I highly recommend her.

Priscilla is a top notch professional who masterfully helped us buy our first home. We were fortunate to have found her after not having a great experience with our first agent. We engaged in an intensive search and interview process with five agents in Orange County, and Priscilla impressed us with her lived experience and thorough responses to our questions. She took the time to get to know us well and she ultimately found the home we bought which would not have otherwise been on our radar. In total we saw 70 homes from February to October so became quite familiar with the competitive sellers’ market. While we only saw several dozen homes with Priscilla’s team, she was effective at getting us successful offers and getting us into escrow.
